 How to Order a 3D Sculpture ?
At first the simple way to order is to send a quotation request through the Free Estimate form :
ESTIMATE REQUEST.
Before you could see the different prices by kind of Model and Stone. It is possible to calculate yourself you sculpture through the Prices form :
PRICES.
At the estimate request receipt, our customer service return you an eMail with all details you need and confirm you the right price including shipment and tax.
So, you could send us your agreement by eMail return and sending the media to be used (more medias is better for viewing the good position of the subject).
You send us by a parcel trough the post office the other medias like : Numerical films, old films (silver rolls films), Slides, CDROM, etc …) including a copy of your agreement document.
Do not send any payment at this step.
Within the 8 next business day, you will received an 'OK For Sculpting' as the Final Draft Document,
including the different technical choices to launch the sculpting process,
and the choice to be made for the different views for the character, portrait or landscape …
 How to be sure about the delivery time ?
The complete process timing is arround
3 to 6 business weeks.
The sculpting process has some variance because of the sophistication of your own production and completely depend on the size, the material , the color and the subject you choose. These informations are notified on the Final document.
- 3 weeks for Grain of Stone
- 4 weeks for Marble Powder
- 5 weeks for Ceramic
- 6 weeks for Bronze
The logistical and shipping time are added up to the sculpting process : 6 business days
 At what time could i record my payment ?
The payment is open after the 'Final Draft agreement' document
The customer service send you by eMail the details of a specifical link to make a secure payment. You could choose by :
Visa Card, MasterCard, Paypal, Wire Transfert or Check.
The payment modalities on the web are secure and warranted by :
your own datas are directly recorded by the Paypal Group and therefore are completly unknown from our services
 How to define the good size ?
Every subject you choose is builded in a square or rectangular frame.
Each edges of the frame are less than 2 cm to make the biger place for main subject.
 Is it possible to get some aditional duplicate ?
Yes, each 3D template is preserved as the original copy during : 90 days.
So, for this time, if you hope to make a new reproduction of your sculpture,
at the same way or even in a different material, some discount could be conceded.
 Other models or shapes are they available ?
Yes,
on demand and by a special request on the 'contact' form :
circular, oval, polygonal, religious models, …
The sculpture layer (without frame) could not exceed 6 / 10 cm.
 Could you provide other sculptures request ?
Yes, the particulary requests for shapes, materials,
sizes or subjects that are not listed on the web site could be in study.
